I have had the pleasure of working with Steven Bates for several years.  I contracted his services in 2012 for a big roll out of new computer equipment and software in the Healthcare field.  He made the process fast, efficient and seamless.  The staff in the buildings all responded to him very well with his great customer service and clear and concise training skills.  Since the initial roll out we have used Steven for maintenance and upkeep.  He responds timely and resolves the problems effectively.  We recently rolled out a new Wireless System for our EMR and it has worked flawlessly since the initial installation By Steven and his associates.  I would highly recommend his services for any and all IT work needed.
